Beauty Retailer, Learning Center Coming To The Village at Waugh Chapel

GAMBRILLS, MD — Two new tenants will join The Village at Waugh Chapel by summer: Mathnasium and Sephora, according to a news release from developer Greenberg Gibbons.

Mathnasium, a specialized learning center, aims to build confidence and improve mathematics skills in children of all ages. Offering both online and in-center classes, Mathnasium helps students understand math concepts through personalized tutoring and instruction tailored to each child’s needs and learning style.

The 2,500-square-foot learning center will open next month and is located between the Bike Doctor and HomeGoods.

Sephora offers a selection of makeup, skincare, fragrance and haircare products from more than 360 brands, including Huda Beauty, Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez, Glossier, Pat McGrath Labs, Tatcha, Natasha Denona, and more.

The retailer invites customers to use services at its in-house Beauty Studio and meet with trained Beauty Advisors. Sephora will be located between The Escapement and Cold Stone Creamery and is expected to open this summer.

The Village at Waugh Chapel incorporates 400 senior apartments, a restaurant park, an office building and three acres of lakes, parks and promenades in a mixed-use development. Anchored by Safeway, LA Fitness, Marshalls, HomeGoods, and T.J. Maxx, the Village at Waugh Chapel is located next to the Waugh Chapel Towne Centre.
