Easter Bunny Hopping to Arundel Mills for Photo Experience

Come create holiday memories at the mall.

Arundel Mills Mall will offer families the chance to participate in traditional Easter celebration, and offer a special low-key day for children with special needs, Simon Property Group says.

The Bunny Photo Experience at Arundel Mills runs from Thursday, March 12, through Saturday, April 4. Parents and kids can visit with the Bunny and take home a treasured snapshot of the fun occasion. Save time and avoid the line by signing up with Bunny by Appointment here.

Each property will host a Caring Bunny event on the morning of Sunday, March 29, offering families that have children with special needs a subdued environment to participate in the Bunny Photo Experience.

According to a news release, many steps will be taken to reduce sensory triggers during the special event, creating a more comforting environment for children’s cherished visits with the Bunny. The quiet environment will include (specific elements or aesthetics may vary):

· Turning off in-mall music, dimming the lights and shutting down fountains for the duration of the event

· Eliminating queue lines through the use of a numbering system whereby guests approach the set when their number is called

· Special activities geared toward the needs of the child during the wait period to help the child understand what activities will occur during the visit
