Easter Weekend Weather Forecast in Odenton

There's rain between now and then, but will the skies clear for spring's first full weekend? Here's the easter weekend forecast.

Easter is coming early this year and bringing spring weather with it. That means some rain to start out the weekend, before turning sunny and reaching into the sixties.

Rain showers are in the forecast for Thursday, and we'll start the day wet on Friday, but the skies will clear and we're looking at sunny skies Saturday and Sunday. The chance for showers returns Sunday night.

Early morning temperatures on Easter Sunday will be around 40. A heavy winter coat won't be necessary says Accuweather Meteorologist Dan Pydynowski, but a spring jacket may be needed.

"Much of the mid-Atlantic and Northeast will be dry on Easter Sunday and sunrise services should not be all that cold," he said.

Friday: Showers, mainly before 9am. High near 70. Southwest wind 11 to 17 mph, with gusts as high as 26 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 58.

Saturday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 40.

Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 64.

Sunday Night: A chance of showers after 9pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 47. Chance of precipitation is 50%.
