LINTHICUM, MD — Roadwork on the Baltimore Beltway will force overnight lane closures near Linthicum, Eye On Annapolis reported. The project started Wednesday and will continue through the end of the summer, the news outlet explained.

The publication mentioned that the resurfacing begins on southbound Interstate 695 at Maryland Route 295, also known as the Baltimore-Washington Parkway. The construction continues to Maryland Route 648, better known as Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard, the journalists informed.

Eye On Annapolis noted that the roadwork runs from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Sundays through Thursdays. The website added that single lane closures will start at 9 p.m. and that double lane shutdowns will begin after 10 p.m.
