Mini-Bike Crash In Anne Arundel County Hospitalizes Driver: Police

A mini-bike driver suffered life-threatening injuries in a Severn crash, police said. He was taken to shock trauma.

SEVERN, MD β€” A mini-bike driver suffered life-threatening injuries after a Tuesday crash in Severn, police said.

Officers said they were called to Evergreen Road and Beverly Road around 5:25 p.m.

A 2021 Axis Offroad mini-bike was heading north on Beverly Road and didn't stop at a stop sign at Evergreen Road, authorities said.

Police said a 2017 Subaru Outback SUV heading west on Evergreen Road hit the mini-bike, ejecting the mini-bike driver, who wasn't wearing a helmet.

Medics took the mini-bike driver to the University of Maryland R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, officers said.
