Singing Halloween House Will Rock Out to 'Radioactive,' 'Heathens'

Bryan Hagan of Odenton, Maryland, has wowed neighbors on Ice Crystal Court with his light and music show for Halloween visitors.

ODENTON, MD — The famous rocking Odenton home of Bryan Hagan is lit up again this year for Halloween, following previous incarnations doing The Whip and lights dancing along to “All About That Bass” by Meghan Trainor.

Hagan, who lives at the intersection of Ice Crystal Court and Symphony Lane in Odenton, has crafted light shows for Halloween and Christmas for several years after being inspired by synchronized light shows he saw homeowners sharing on YouTube.

Driving by the display has become a tradition for Anne Arundel County families.

Stringing the lights with help from his wife, Christine, and children Addison and Ethan, is the easy part. Programming the lighted pumpkins to sing is time consuming, taking about eight hours, Hagan said previously.

You can check out the light show from 6:30 to 9 p.m. on Halloween. Tune your radio to 98.5 FM onsite to catch the music.

This year's music includes "This is Halloween" from the movie "The Nightmare Before Christmas," "Radioactive" by Imagine Dragons and "Heathens" by Twenty One Pilots, reports the Capital-Gazette.

Here's Hagan's "All About That Bass" video from two years ago to give you an idea of what you'll see:

And Hagan will create the same sort of show for Christmas. You can follow his efforts on the Facebook page Lights on Ice Crystal to see the opening date.

If you come to the show, Hagan says visitors must abide by these courtesies or the show will be shut down immediately.

1. Be respectful of our neighbors by staying out of their lawns and not blocking their driveways.
2. Keep your radio volume to a reasonable level for inside your vehicle.
3. Pull to the side of the road so you do not impede traffic. You must park legally in the proper direction of traffic.
4. You must abide by all parking laws by not parking at corners, not parking within 20 feet of a stop sign and within 20 feet on either side of a fire hydrant. All these situations exist within the viewing area of the show so look before you park.
5. Look around you when you arrive. Be respectful of other viewers by not blocking the sight lines of those who arrived before you.
6. Please dim your lights. This ensures your vehicle lights are not shining into other vehicles around you.
7. We encourage you to stay in your vehicle. If you get out, cross only at corners and do NOT hang out in the middle street for any reason, there are still cars traveling on the street to and from their houses etc.
8. Do not enter the yard or driveway for any reason.
9. Be sure to turn your lights on when you leave.
10. Have fun. We do!!
