Pedestrian Fatally Struck While Crossing Road: Anne Arundel County Police

A pedestrian was fatally struck while crossing the road, Anne Arundel County police said. The victim was 37 years old.

MARYLAND CITY, MD β€” A Rockville pedestrian died Wednesday morning when authorities said he was struck by a pickup truck while crossing a road in Maryland City.

David Michael Pulaski, 37, suffered fatal injuries when he was hit while crossing Old Annapolis Road at the traffic light at Laurel Fort Meade Road, the Anne Arundel County Police Department said. The accident was reported at 11:10 a.m.

Police said Pulaski was struck by a 2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty pickup truck turning right onto eastbound Laurel Fort Meade Road.

The driver of the pickup was not injured, police said.

Officers said Pulaski was pronounced dead at the scene by the Anne Arundel County Fire Department.
