Piney Orchard Figure Skating Team to Host Annual "Reach For The Stars" Invitational

Local, free family event to see wonderful figure skaters from the region on April 19.

Piney Orchard Figure Skating Team is gearing up for its annual invitational competition, Reach For The Stars, to be held on Sunday, April 19 from 8:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m.

The team competes on behalf of Piney Orchard Ice Arena and is a representative team of the Ice Skating Institute (ISI) in District IV.

Admission to the competition is FREE to the public and the team will be hosting a bake sale including hot foods, a basket raffle (win skating gear and free skating sessions) and more as a fundraiser.

Stop by and watch the many amazing skaters from across Maryland and Virginia who come to compete. There are individual skater events such as Freestyle, Artistic and Spotlight as well as fun group performances such as Synchronized Skating, Production, and Jump and Spin Teams. Join us April 19th - there is something fun for everyone!
