Rosario " Shirley" Napagal Briggs, 78

Rosario Napagal Briggs of Severn, MD, passed away on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at the Baltimore Washington Medical Center in Glen Burnie, MD, at the age of 78. Rosario was born on January 30, 1936 in the Philippines to the late Juan Napagal and Aurelia (Borje) Napagal.

Shirley as she was known to her friends, is survived by her husband of 32 years, James Briggs; six children, Vhing Grita Calimag, Jessie Grita, Lito Grita, John Grita, Violet Grita Taylor and Frank Napagal; 11 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; three sisters and three brothers.

The family will receive friends at Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A. 1411 Annapolis Road, Odenton, MD 21113 on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Crownsville, MD.
