Stephen Maurice Phillips, 21, of Severn, MD, passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at his home. He was born on August 14, 1993 in Fayetteville, NC, and was the son of Mary Tann and Warnell Phillip.
Along with his parents, Stephen is survived by his loving uncles; James Elliott of Faison, NC, Levon Tann of Cary, NC and Sheldon Perry of Belgrade, FL; aunts, Rina Tann of Morrisville, NC, Heather Benham of Cary, NC and Minnie Elliott of Faison, NC; maternal grandmother, Mary Lee Tann of Faison, NC; paternal grandmother, Janice Perry of Belgrade, Fl; paternal grandfather, Warnell Phillips, Sr., of Belgrade, Fl; cousins, Rohit Tann, India Elliott, Jamie Elliott, Marcus Kornegay and a host of second cousins and loving friends.

The family will receive friends at the Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory, 1411 Annapolis Road in Odenton, on Wednesday, May 20, from 11 a.m. to noon. A funeral service will be held at noon.
Interment will be at a later date.
