'They Are My Everything': Mother's Day Photos

GAMBRILLS, MD — Whether it's through their personality, looks, hobbies or a combination of everything, daughters become a reflection of the woman who raised them. With Mother's Day 2018 right around the corner, we are celebrating that special bond by inviting Patch readers across Maryland to share their "mother-daughter lookalike" photos.

It doesn't matter how old the kids are, they'll always be your babies!

Melissa DiFiore of Gambrills sent in a photo of herself, her two daughters and her mother, who they were visiting.

My beautiful mother had a stroke in 2009, I am blessed to still have her. I am her 13th child, she had 15 total. My mother passed down her love for reading, and her love for animals to us girls. She is my everything. They, are my everything! My motto is: Love everyone, everyday, at all times. We are Anne, Melissa, Jayne and Jordan.
