Weekend Weather: Rain Not Hanging Out for Weekend

Rain threats head out of the forecast for a few days, but what about those clouds? Here's the forecast.

Just when you thought the wet weather was going to ruin your weekend…it’s not.

The forecast calls for the showers to leave the area by Friday night – Anne Arundel County is under a hazardous weather outlook alert through Friday afternoon, says the National Weather Service. Isolated thunderstorms may develop that are capable of producing strong winds.

But that will give way to a mostly sunny Saturday and Sunday.

Here’s the forecast from the National Weather Service:

  • Friday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 70.
  • Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 82.
  • Saturday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 63.
  • Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 84.
