Procession To Planned To Honor Sholom Elazar Reches, 24

The firefighter/paramedic passed away last week at the age of 24, and a procession on Monday in Pikesville is planned in his honor.

PIKESVILLE, MD — Sholom Elazar Reches, a firefighter/paramedic with the Chestnut Ridge Volunteer Fire Company, died on April 5, 2018. He was 24.

Reches is the son of Vicki and Michael Reches; brother of Yisroel Reches, Mordechai (Temimah) Reches, Moshe Reches, Yaakov Reches and Shira Reches; and grandson of Susan and Avraham Reches and the late Mark Reches and Dale Meyerhoff.

Services are planned to honor Reches at Sol Levinson & Bros., 8900 Reisterstown Road, at 9 a.m. on Monday, April 9.

Interment will be at Beth Israel Cemetery in Woodbridge, New Jersey.

A procession to honor Firefighter/Paramedic Sholom Reches will travel from the funeral home in Pikesville to the Baltimore County line on Interstate 95, according to the Chestnut Ridge Volunteer Fire Company.
