Veterans Day 2017: What's Open, Closed In Bedford

Here's what's open and closed on Veterans Day, which is being observed this year on Friday, Nov. 10.

BEDFORD, MA — Because it falls on a Saturday this year, Veteran's Day will be observed on Friday, Nov. 10. The national holiday was established in 1926 to honor men and women who have served in the military.

  • City Offices (state and federal offices also closed)
  • Public Libraries
  • Post offices
  • Most banks will be closed to observe the holiday
