Cosplayers from FAN EXPO Boston Visited Mass General for Children
Superheroes celebrated the pint-sized power of pediatric patients at Mass General for Children during a hospital visit on June 12, 2024
Excitement is mounting for FAN EXPO Boston 2024 which will be held this weekend from Friday, June 14 through Sunday June 16, at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston. Prior to the show opening, Superheroes celebrated the pint-sized power of pediatric patients at Mass General for Children during a hospital visit on June 12, 2024. Cosplayers dressed as superhero characters and visited patients, their siblings and MGfC’s healthcare heroes bringing to life many of the popular movie and comic book characters featured at FAN EXPO Boston, the three-day pop culture extravaganza.
Cosplayers at the hospital visit represented popular movie and comic book characters featured at FAN EXPO Boston including Batman (Matches Malone), Batgirl (Bradleigh Rhodes Rinaldi), Captain Marvel (Marie Scarfo), Harley Quinn (Carley Winn) and Spider-Man (Jack Low).
FAN EXPO Boston awarded Leslie Lithgow with a 3-day pass to the show for her outstanding service to her pediatric patients. Leslie is a Unit Coordinator in the Pediatric Unit at Mass General for Children.
