These Boston Restaurants Will Put You In The Holiday Spirit

We’re just days away from the beginning of December, which means the holiday count down is on. The city is already filled with string lights, decorations and the sounds of holiday bells. And many Boston restaurants are getting into the holiday spirit too, with special lunch and brunch services, impressive decorations, seasonal events, and more. Get into the holiday spirit this weekend by stopping by these festive restaurants and shops.


Alcove
The West End’s newest restaurant, Alcove, is offering a special lunch and brunch service this holiday season. It includes a special caviar menu and additional Champagne offerings in addition to their full New England Farm Coast-inspired menu. The holiday lunch service, which started this week, is being held Monday to Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and the brunch service is on Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Looking for a festive spot to grab some cocktails and bites with friends this holiday season? Look no further than Sonsie. This Newbury Street mainstay goes all out with their holiday decor, making it the perfect spot to get together with friends during the month of December.

OAK Long Bar + Kitchen at The Fairmont Copley Plaza
The Fairmont Copley Plaza is another Boston spot known for its impressive holiday decor. Stop by their restaurant, OAK Long Bar + Kitchen, to try some of their new seasonal menu items and pose for a photo in front of their stunning tree in the hotel lobby. And if you’re looking for more holiday fun, the hotel also hosts a “Gingerbread Houses for Grown-Ups” event where adults can decorate their own gingerbread house.

SoWa Winter Festival
Looking for some unique holiday gifts? Check out the SoWa Winter Festival this weekend where you can shop over 100 local makers all while sipping on cocktails and craft brews. The SoWa Winter Festival will be open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday this weekend (Nov. 30 to Dec. 2) and next weekend (Dec. 7 to Dec. 9).
