Gordon Ramsay Burger To Open Inside Canopy Hotel In Boston

Tucked into a prime location between Haymarket Station and Faneuil Hall, Gordon Ramsay's new burger restaurant is set to open this year.

BOSTON — Gordon Ramsay, the celebrity chef who has already amused eaters across the city with his Back Bay restaurant is planning to open another restaurant in Boston.

Gordon Ramsay is setting up to open Gordon Ramsay Burger on North Street - inside the new Canopy by Hilton boutique hotel off the Greenway by Faneuil Hall and Haymarket Square. If all goes according to plan, the restaurant could open as early as later this year.

According to a press release, the new spot will be a full-service restaurant offering burgers, fries, milkshakes, and house-made sauces in the 4,000-square-foot space which will also include a roof deck on the second level.

Ramsay's Kitchen, which took over the 7,000-square-foot space previously occupied by Bar Boulud in the Mandarin Oriental hotel in January, is the chef's first Boston-based restaurant.

Ramsay tried to launch another restaurant concept in Fort Point - Gordon Ramsay Street Pizza, but it never took off.

There are currently two other Gordon Ramsay Burger locations in Chicago and Las Vegas. If all works out, the third location will open at 111 North Street in Boston.
