2 Mass. Pike Lanes Reopen After Rollover, Fuel Spill Closes Highway

Traffic was being diverted off the highway eastbound at Cambridge Street late Monday morning.

BOSTON, MA — A tractor-trailer rollover and fuel spill closed the Mass. Pike eastbound in Allston Monday morning, diverting traffic off the highway and causing miles of backups.

The Massachusetts Department of Transportation said as of noon the crash with injuries took place at about 11 a.m. near Exit 131 at the Boston University Bridge. Traffic was being diverted eastbound at the Cambridge Street exit.
