Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Performance to Open Clinic in Duxbury

Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Performance will open their 14th clinic location in Duxbury MA

Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Performance, a South Shore practice specializing in unique programs that provide comprehensive treatment in orthopedic, spine and sports medicine specialties, will open a new clinic at 1528 Tremont Street in Duxbury MA this summer.

This will be Peak’s fourteenth clinic on the South Shore since opening their first in Norwell in 2007. The 3,000 square foot of space is currently under construction to create the clinic space.

Curt Eberhart, PT, DPT, OCS who is currently a physical therapist at the Pembroke clinic, has been named as the Duxbury Clinic Manager. He graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Louisiana State University in New Orleans, Louisiana in 2014. Prior to that, he received his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from LSU in 2009. He started his career as a travel physical therapist which allowed him to gain experience in a multitude of areas, such as pediatrics, home health, acute care, and orthopedics. Since 2015, Curt has concentrated on treating orthopedic and sports injury patients. His continuing education has been focused in both of these areas which allowed him to gain his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification in 2019.
