What does this community leader do?

The Burlington Lawn Mowers Dream Team is a volunteer group. We mow lawns, weed whack, pull weeds, trim bushes and branches, and pick up branches at no charge for the elderly, single parents, veterans, financially distressed, and injured in Burlington, Billerica, Woburn, Wilmington, and Bedford.

Why do you believe the community leader should be recognized or honored?

This is the third season The Burlington Lawn Mowers Dream Team has assisted those in need as long as the family does not already have a landscaper. We keep it confidential, and we have assisted 309 different times since May 12, 2023. The Dream Team ends its third season on November 5, 2023 at 5:00 p.m.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the community hero?

Jay values the other volunteers of The Burlington Lawn Mowers Dream Team whether they assisted once or multiple times since the volunteer group was formed in 2021.
