The Story of Howard Blackburn, Fisherman of Gloucester

The vibrant new play explores the fierceness, fragility, and sometimes fanciful nature of female friendship and how the dynamic bond of three friends evolves over a decade. When Phoebe is faced with a life-altering circumstance, her best friends Emma and Sophia call an emergency meeting at their secret fountain. Eager to find a solution, the friends share private information and quickly realize their connections are not as strong as they appear on surface level. Fast forward to leaving for college, the friends make promises to stay in touch despite being thousands of miles apart. Then, a decade later, they reconnect after a shocking event and are faced with a choice: do they want to hold on to their friendship or move on? “Girl code” gets broken, secrets are revealed, and the fountain proves to be more powerful and magical than anyone could have predicted. The comedy provides a fresh take on the malleable nature of friendships and the dynamic shifts relationships face.

Doors open at 9:00AM with a brief welcome &amp; history of the 1894 Dickson Memorial Chapel. We will be planting a tree at 9:30AM and our guided tree and history tours will begin at 10:00AM.
Come see a beautiful 55 acre rural cemetery and accredited arboretum in North Salem. This beautiful, historic cemetery and accredited F. Carroll Sargent Arboretum has so much history, nature and beauty to share. We will have tree lovers and those that know Greenlawn well sharing special history, trees, and the 1894 Dickson Memorial Chapel and its newly restored stained glass windows.
Please park on the neighborhood streets and walk in if you are able. We will meet at the Dickson Memorial Chapel which is just inside the Orne Street side gate to the left behind the office. Thank you for your support! We are making a difference all working together. The Friends of Greenlawn&nbsp;

Rally Day will be celebrated Sunday, Sep 15, 2024, from 9:30 to 12 at Holy Trinity United Methodist Church in Danvers.&nbsp;
Following the 9:30 service, there will be games for the children and refreshments for all.&nbsp;
Christian Education classes will begin for kindergarten through high school and registration will be available on Sunday.&nbsp;
The church is excited to welcome new Pastor, Rev. Shin Ahn. Rev. Shin, who is Korean American, enjoys music including singing.&nbsp;

Healthy Kids Running Series is a five (5) week running program in the spring and fall for kids Pre-K through 8th grade. Each HKRS Series takes place once a week and offers age appropriate running events including the 50 &amp; 75 yard dashes, the 1/4 mile, the 1/2 mile and the 1 mile run. Kids will earn points for each race they complete based on their finish.
Races begin 9/15/24 and continue for 4 more consecutive weeks with the exception of the Columbus/Indigenous People's Day Holiday weekend.
