DANVERS, MA — With this June shaping up to be considerably less rainy than the 2023 deluge, Danvers has increased its outdoor water restrictions to Level 3 effective on Tuesday.

Residents will only be allowed to use outdoor sprinkler and lawn/garden systems at night on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m. the next day. There is no watering allowed the rest of the week.

Hand-held hoses and watering cans are still allowed at any time. Car washing also remains allowed.
