Danvers To Install French Drains On Princeton Street

The work on Princeton Street is expected to cause delays in the area.

DANVERS, MA – The Town of Danvers will be doing work on Princeton Street starting Thursday.

The town will install a French Drain in front of homes in the low numbers of Princeton Street, according to a post on the town website. The drain will be installed in the grass strip in front of homes.

Cars won't be allowed to park on the street during the work, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The road will be open during work, but the town said to expect delays.

According to the town website, work will include installing the drain line, crossing targeted driveway aprons, and replacing the grass strip and driveway aprons.
