Danvers Power Goes Out Amid Spring Wind Storm

Power was out on Friday in the area of Pine Street and Crestline Circle as winds reached up to 50 miles per hour in Essex County.

DANVERS, MA — Some Danvers streets were without power on Friday amid a rainy and windy spring storm.

The lights went out in the area of Pine Street and Crestline Circle early Friday afternoon as winds from the storm reached up to 50 miles per hour in Essex County.

Danvers officials said utility crews were dispatched to the area the power outage was expected to last about an hour.
