Danvers Road Closure Delayed Until Saturday

The planned paving of Dayton Street on Tuesday was postponed until Saturday because of the rain.

DANVERS, MA — The planned closure of Dayton Street in Danvers on Tuesday for paving work was delayed until Saturday because of rain.

The paving will now take place on Saturday from Armory Road to West Street. It is expected the project will be completed in one day.

Residents and those traveling through Danvers in the area of Dayton Street are asked to seek alternate roads to avoid construction delays on Saturday. Temporary detours may be in place.
