Parade of Trees Opens with Mr. and Mrs. Claus and Free Ice Cream

Today is opening day of the 6 day 13th Annual Parade of Trees Festival where Tapley Hall, 13 Page St., Danvers, MA is filled with trees and wreaths decorated by area businesses, families, and organizations which are raffled off on the last day. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be visiting at 2:30 today from the North Pole to do reading and singing as part of the 13th Annual Parade of Trees Festival. Children and families can sing along and view over 40 holiday displays filling Tapley Hall.

At 5:00 today The Cotton Mill Cafe of Beverly will scoop delightful ice cream.

At 6:00 Darren Muise of The Music Connection will perform holiday music on the piano.

It's a great way to start the holiday season. Come pick out your favorite tree or wreath while you listen, sing along, and lick-along!
