'Bacon Masters' Opening Small Batch Cafe In Dedham

DEDHAM, MA — The "bacon masters" announced plans to open a breakfast and lunch restaurant at the former Roadworthy location. Small Batch Cafe received a license from the Dedham Board of Selectmen on June 20 to open at 125 Washington St.

According to a Facebook post from Roadworthy, the former outlandish, food truck-style diner, the owners of the new restaurant are "bacon masters." The cafe owners, started selling their hand-cured bacon at farmers markets two years ago. A year later, they were selling sandwiches, and now they're opening a cafe. Representatives from the Dedham Farmer's Market said Small Batch Cafe is also planning to join the market sometime this season.

No opening date has been given yet for the Small Batch Cafe.
