The Capital Grille Plans To Come To Dedham's Legacy Place

The restaurant, known for its dry aged steaks, is planning to replace Asian eatery P.F. Chang's at Legacy Place

DEDHAM, MA - A new upscale steakhouse is being planned to replace a once-popular Asian eatery in the Legacy Place shopping plaza, according to a restaurant blog post.

The Capital Grille, a restaurant known for its aged steaks and American fare, is preparing to take over the P.F. Chang's location at 410 Legacy Pl.

In an April 4 letter to the town's building department, a consultant to WS Asset Management, Inc., the property manager of Legacy Place Properties, applied for a general building permit for The Capital Grille.

Dedham's Design Review Advisory Board was presented with a proposal in April that outlined proposed exterior renovations to the building as well as some interior modifications.

The timeline for the renovation is unclear at this time.

The Capital Grille currently has locations in Boston's Hynes Convention Center, Chestnut Hill and Burlington.

Those craving P.F Chang's can visit its locations in Boston at 8 Park Plaza and in Natick at 1245 Worcester St.
