DEDHAM, MA - A 13-year-old male who was reported missing Wednesday afternoon was found later that evening in the area where he was last seen, according to Dedham police.

In an interview with Patch Thursday morning, Chief Michael D'entremont explained that the teen, identified as Andrew, was found about 5:30 p.m. after he was first reported missing at 2:30 p.m.

"He was located, and it all worked out well," D'entremont said. "We used a dog from the state police to help us track down where he had been hidden."
