Selectmen Issue Liquor License Suspensions

Three businesses have been issued liquor license suspensions for failing a compliance check.

DEDHAM, MA — Three businesses have been issued liquor license suspensions for failing a compliance check.

The selectmen voted last week to give Anthony's Wine and Spirits, Deli After Dark, and Halfway Cafe a one-day suspension, to be held in advance for a year. The suspension will be waved if the businesses do not commit another violation for a year.

In all three instances, an underage operative working with Dedham Police was able to purchase alcohol.
