DEDHAM, MA — A serious crash involving a motorcycle occurred on Bridge Street, Dedham Police said in a tweet Tuesday afternoon.

In a tweet shared at 12:36 p.m., police requested that anyone traveling in the area seek alternate routes until the scene clears.

Just after 2 p.m., authorities added that the roadway will remain closed for possibly a couple more hours.
