TLC Studios & Media Lab Celebrates Another Major Donation

$50,000 Gift from Linda Hammett Ory and Andrew Ory Charitable Trust Fuels Creativity Mission at TLC Studios, Serving Teachers & Students

BOSTON, MA. - The Reynolds Center for Teaching, Learning & Creativity (RC-TLC) is celebrating a generous donation of $50,000 from The Linda Hammett Ory and Andrew Ory Charitable Trust to support the launch of TLC Studios, the non-profit’s new, digital media arts learning center located in Dedham Square, just outside of Boston. This collaboration underscores a shared commitment to fostering learning and creativity in education.

Led by New York Times best-selling author/illustrator Peter H. Reynolds and his twin brother Paul Reynolds, TLC Studios will serve as a hub for educators, students, and families, providing resources to enhance digital literacy and creative expression. Set to open this summer, the facility will feature digital audio/video/animation production and live-streaming studios, a podcasting studio, AR/VR resources, an engineering design and fabrication maker lab, and state-of-the-art presentation and professional development workshop space.

"We are deeply grateful for the generous support from The Linda Hammett Ory and Andrew Ory Charitable Trust," said Paul Reynolds, Executive Director and Co-Founder of RC-TLC. "The Ory’s early support for TLC Studios not only helped with the build out of the studio, but also it signaled strong support into the philanthropic community about the value of the project.” Other donors, such as Scholastic, Dedham Savings, Wimpy Kid Author Jeff Kinney, New Jersey Community Foundation, Needham Bank, and the Conners Family have followed the Ory’s lead.
