Freshroll Opens Grab And Go Space At Mashpee Commons

A plant-based restaurant that highlights Asian street food has opened in Mashpee Commons. Here's what to know.

MASHPEE, MA — Asian street food is coming to the sidewalks of Mashpee Commons on Cape Cod.

This week, officials announced that Freshroll has opened at Mashpee Commons. The restaurant features a plant-based menu with original Cambodian family recipes.

Freshroll's menu includes a variety of fresh rolls, including a green apple-avocado medley, pineapple-sweet potato or traditional vegetable spring rolls. Sushi rolls, soups, salads, sandwiches and noodle bowls are also available.

Mashpee residents Channa and Chhay Chou, who grew up in Cambodia, own and operate the space. They share a fond memory of boba tea, which will also be available at the Mashpee Commons location.

“We’re delighted to welcome Freshroll Mashpee Commons to our neighborhood,” says Mashpee Commons Director of Marketing Krysten Kelliher.
