NFL Releases New England Patriots Schedule: Home Opener Set For Week 2

FOXBOROUGH, MA — Wednesday was schedule release day, the most minor of holidays even in the micro-space of the NFL calendar.

Though it doesn't present much excitement, it does begin the logistical side of the NFL season, when fans can start putting an eye toward plane tickets and days off work.

The team already knew who their opponents are and whether the games against them are at home in Foxborough or away.

Here's the full schedule:

• Week 1 at Cincinnati, Sept. 8
• Week 2 vs. Seattle, Sept. 15
• Week 3 at New York Jets, Sept. 19
• Week 4 at San Francisco, Sept. 29
• Week 5 vs. Miami, Oct. 6
• Week 6 vs. Houston, Oct. 13
• Week 7 at Jacksonville, Oct. 20
• Week 8 vs New York Jets, Oct. 27
• Week 9 at Tennessee, Nov. 3
• Week 10 at Chicago, Nov. 10
• Week 11 vs. Los Angeles Rams, Nov. 17
• Week 12 at Miami, Nov. 24
• Week 13 vs. Indianapolis, Dec. 1
• Week 14 Bye
• Week 15 at Arizona, Dec. 15

The Jacksonville Jaguars game is scheduled for Oct. 20 in London and will be played at 9:30 a.m. at Wembley Stadium. It'll be available to watch on NFL Network
