Seven Homes Sold in Hamilton in January

Hamilton, MA - A home sold for $4.55 million in Hamilton in January and was among the seven homes that sold in town during the first month of 2016, according to data from the Hamilton Board of Assessors.

The board tracks arms-length sales as part of its process to keep tabs on assessed values in Hamilton.

The sale prices ranged from $210,000 for a home on Essex Street to the $4.55 million sale on Miles River Road. The average sale price was $1.03 million.
