William Daniel Wood, 34

IPSWICH, MA – William “Dan” Daniel Wood, age 34 years, of Ipswich, formerly of Hamilton, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 in Hamilton. He was the dear son of Cynthia (Tucker) Wood of Salem and William Sidney Wood III of New Hampshire. Beloved brother of Elyse Wood of Boulder CO.

He was a graduate of Hamilton-Wenham Regional High School with the class of 2000. Dan truly loved the outdoors and the ocean, he spent most days outside enjoying nature.

In addition to his parents and sister, he is survived by three aunts, Joan Deveney and her husband Steve of Arkansas, Kim Ober and her husband Ted of Hamilton and Karen Wood of Beverly; four uncles, John Tucker and his wife Maureen of Hamilton, Paul Tucker of Hamilton, Gary Wood and his wife Jackie of Pennsylvania and Greg Wood and his wife Julie of Vermont. He was also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews. Dan was also the maternal grandson of the late Paul and Theresa Tucker and fraternal grandson of William and Ruth Wood.
