September 9

5:33 p.m. - Police issued two summons on East Street. A 57-year-old from Mansfield and a 49-year-old from Mansfield were charged with littering.

10:47 a.m. - A 24-year-old was arrested and charged with assault on a family/household member and threats to commit a crime. The person also had two active warrants.

12:51 a.m. - A caller reported a driver who was driving a truck over curbs on Chauncy Street. The driver, Sabrina Barbito, 36, of Foxborough, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

September 15

No one was taken into custody during the Lenny Clark show at the Xfinity Center.

9:27 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Chauncy Street near Highland Avenue, a 46-year-old from Surfside Beach, South Carolina was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to signal.

September 16

2:03 a.m. - Russell Squire, 52, of Mansfield, was arrested at the North Common on North Main Street and charged with littering and drinking an alcoholic beverage in public.

1:08 p.m. - A caller on Copeland Drive told police that someone left his car and started to relieve himself. The 59-year-old from Attleboro was issued a summons for disturbing the peace.

September 17

1:18 p.m. - A caller reported an erratic operator who almost struck an employee at the DPW on East Street. The caller followed the vehicle to the animal hospital, where the driver was located and described as being “out cold.” The driver, Antonio Lima, 54, of Dartmouth, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to stop/yield.

4:32 p.m. - A man sleeping behind a building was reported on Rumford Avenue. The 52-year-old from Foxborough was taken into protective custody.

4:35 p.m. - A 55-year-old on School Street was issued a summons for larceny under $250.

September 19

3:26 p.m. - A 63-year-old from Norton on Wilson Place was taken into protective custody.
