New Condo Complex Headed To Marlborough?
A developer who has already built two complexes in Marlborough is looking for a third.
MARLBOROUGH, MA—A developer is looking to erect a condo complex in Marlborough in a vacant parcel on Jefferson Street, according to reports.
Stas Burdan, who developed condo complexes at Corbin Plaza and St. Mary's Church, is looking to do the same at 27 Jefferson St., reports the MetroWest Daily News. Burdan seeks a special permit to build an 11-unit complex at this location, which overlooks Kelleher Field.
This two-story building would include six two-bedrooms on the first floor and five on the second.
