Melrose First Lego League returns

Wanted .... students and parents who love solving challenges

Whether you are a student in grades 4-8 or a parent we want to help you move beyond that pile of lego's sitting on your floor to become the inventors and creators of tomorrow.

How? signup for our FLL (FIRST Lego League) program. This year we will use the Ocean as the theme for the missions and playing field for the competition as well as the idea source for the project. Do you have a solution to how to rescue people from a lost submarine. We'll help you explore that!!

As a parent are you interested in helping 4th-8th graders in the 2024-2025 season for FLL (First Lego League). FLL is a Lego robotics based competition where Lego robots, which are built using Lego connect components, solve challenges and compete in a friendly competition. A team ideally consists of 2 parent coaches and around 4-7 kids on a team (with a max of 10). Seasons can typically last from August - December and would require a home to house the meetings. Each member of the team typically costs around $50-100 to join.

If you are interested in helping students express their creativity and learn problem solving skills, either sign up using this form. If your child is interested please register them also via this form.
