MELROSE, MA — A Mystery Night Out social event this weekend will benefit Melrose educators via the Melrose Education Foundation, the foundation announced last week.

Mystery Night Out is set for Saturday, Oct. 22 beginning at 7 p.m. It will offer attendees the chance to sip drinks, eat and socialize with other community members. Rather than taking place at one location, though, the event will see attendees fan out at homes across Melrose for simultaneous celebrations.

Individual event locations for attendees will remain a surprise until shortly before the event.

“Rest assured you will be surrounded by community members who are interested in supporting our schools and engaging with friends and neighbors,” organizers said in their announcement.

Mystery Night Out tickets are available for sale online for $50. Proceeds will go back to the Melrose Education Foundation, which works to provide grants directly to Melrose Educators.

Writing last week, organizers thanked Mystery Night Out event hosts who are inviting guests into their space for a cause.
