Melrose Snowstorm Could Drop 6 More Inches On City

Tuesday's storm will is the third in eight days here.

MELROSE, MA — Up to 6 more inches of snow is expected to fall across the city Tuesday, the third storm in eight days here.

The National Weather Service said snow will begin falling here between 10 a.m.-noon and last until 10 p.m.-midnight. Between 3-6 inches is expected.

Melrose is under a winter storm warning.

All Melrose sports games have been moved to Wednesday.

There is no word yet on what impacts the snow will have on school, trash pickup or any other city services this week.
