Melrose's Weather: Clouds, Sun and Snow Showers for the Weekend

MELROSE, MA - Once we get through all the rain expected Thursday, the weekend is looking to be a mix of everything with a little sun, some clouds and even some snow showers.

The good news is the temperatures won't be as cold as they were the beginning of the week with highs in the 40s and 50s. The bad news is overnight Saturday into Sunday it's going to get pretty cold again with a low of 26 and snow showers expected overnight.

• Friday: Clouds and sun in the morning before turning all cloudy Friday afternoon with a highs in the low 50s. Partly cloudy skies Friday night with a low of around 30.

• Saturday: A mix of clouds and sun Saturday before turning cloudy later in the day with a highs in the mid to high 40s. Cloudy with a chance of snow showers mainly in the evening Saturday with lows in the upper 20s.

• Sunday: A mostly sunny day is on tap for Sunday with a highs in the mid 40s. Clear skies early, with overcast skies later Sunday night and a lows around 30 degrees.
