Weather Forecast: Potential 70-Degree Temperatures
It's beginning to feel a lot like spring, maybe even verging on Summer.
MELROSE, MA—Melrose was sitting under inches of snow at this point last year. This year, we could experience May-like temperatures.
According to Weather.com's latest forecast, daytime highs are set to remain above 50 degrees for the entire week. Temperatures will reach their peaks on Wednesday and Thursday, as both days currently show highs of over 60 degrees, nearing the 70-degree mark on Wednesday.
Although a bit of rain remains in the forecast, the week will stay dry for the most part. Here's a rundown of the week's forecast:
- Monday: Cloudy, with a high of 51. Low of 33 degrees and southwest winds of 18 miles per hour
- Tuesday: Mostly sunny, with a high of 54. A low of 39 and winds of 7 miles per hour.
- Wednesday: Partly cloudy, with a high of 67. A low of 52 and 11 mile per hour winds.
- Thursday: Rain, with a high of 61 and a low of 39.
- Friday: Partly cloudy with a high of 50 and a low of 34.
