Milford Regional Seeks Input From Residents On Health Needs

The hospital, which plans to merge with UMass Memorial, is completing its community health needs assessment.

MILFORD, MA — Milford Regional Medical Center is asking for input from the public on its services as it forms a plan to improve healthcare offerings for the local community. The survey, available in multiple languages, will be open until the end of July.

Milford Regional Medical Center is inviting local residents to participate in an online survey that will help the hospital better understand the healthcare needs and issues throughout its service area.

The online survey is an important step in completing the hospital’s Community Health Needs Assessment, which determines the priorities of Milford Regional’s Community Benefits Committee over the next three years.

The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and is open to individuals 18 years of age and older. The survey is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic and closes on July 29. All information gathered is anonymous and confidential.
