"Our passion for great food is fueled by fire, flavor, and friends," General Manager Rick Naples told Patch. "Every dish is treated as a labor of love. Our unique Josper oven imported from Spain is the heart and soul of the kitchen. Cooking in this style gets the food seared and infused with smoke to create bold flavors that pair perfectly with our craft beers and inventive cocktails. Something special is always cooking in our backyard and can be made to accommodate any dietary need or preference. Our hospitality makes every dining experience memorable and every guest our friend."

Naples said the Tavern's management and culinary team has decades of experience in the restaurant industry.
