Needham Ski Team Raises More Than $4,000 for Shamrock Foundation

The ski team headed to the Garden to raise money.

Last weekend, Natick High School’s ski team headed to the TD Garden for the Celtics/Timberwolves game to work a 50/50 raffle to raise money for the Shamrock Foundation.

The team brought in $4,000 for the foundation.

The Shamrock Foundation, a Celtics charity organization, lists its mission as “to extend the reach of the Celtics championship legacy into our community through programs that directly benefit children in need.” It’s partners are: Berklee City Music Network; Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston; Boston Children’s Hospital; Horizons for Homeless Children; MSPCC; Perkins School for the Blind; Citi Performing Arts Center; Positive Coaching Alliance and The3PointFoundation.
