MAB Community Services Presented with $5,000 Grant

The generous gift is from David Feldman on the behalf of The Million Dollar Round Table Foundation

Brookline, MA, February 23, 2023 - David Feldman of Dedham, the financial representative with Northwestern Mutual and Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) member, recommended MAB Community Services for a $5,000 MDRT Foundation grant.

David Feldman and his wife Sydney raised their family in Needham. Both were active community participants, particularly through Temple Beth Shalom.

The funding supports expanding the Access Technology Training Program in the Massachusetts Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired division.

The MDRT Foundation is an independent association of more than 86,000 life insurance and financial services professionals that gives to charitable organizations worldwide.

MAB Community Services (MAB) is a statewide nonprofit organization that annually helps 1,500 people with disabilities live full and satisfying lives.

Mr. Feldman served on MAB’s Board of Directors for over 30 years.

Sixteen years ago, as MAB’s Board Chair, Mr. Feldman helped to select Barbara Salisbury as MAB’s new CEO. At the check presentation, Ms. Salisbury thanked Mr. Feldman not only for the MDRT Foundation grant but for giving her “the opportunity of a lifetime.”
