Man Who Flashed Teen Near Needham Middle School To Face Judge

NEEDHAM, MA — A man accused of exposing himself to a teenager near a Needham middle school is in police custody.

Rostislav Matveev, 36, of Needham, was arrested Wednesday by police on a warrant charged with open and gross lewdness.

Police say they were able to arrest Matveev after an investigation into a report stating that he had exposed himself to a teenager near Pollard Middle School around 2:30 in the afternoon Friday, May 13.

Matveev will be arraigned Thursday in Dedham District Court.
