What: Fireworks, Food, and Entertainment

Where: Memorial Park

When: 5:30 p.m., July 3

The night begins at 5:30 p.m. with plenty of food and entertainment for the whole family. The fireworks will shoot off once it gets dark. Make sure to stay hydrated and wear some sunscreen before it gets dark. It's going to be hot out with temperatures reaching a high of 91.

What: Charles River YMCA 4th of July 5K Road Race and Parade

Where: The Charles River YMCA, located at 1132 Highland Avenue

When: 8:30 a.m., July 4

This 5K Road Race is a Needham staple for the 4th of July holiday. Come out for our race, then at 9 a.m., head over to the Town Common for the raising of the nation's flag. Then, stick around for the parade, craft fair, food, and entertainment.

Be careful in the heat and humidity temperatures are expected to reach a high of 90 with humidity around 44 percent.
