Needham Bertucci's Expected To Remain Open
The location is expected to remain unaffected by the company's recent bankruptcy filing.
NEEDHAM, MA — Good news for local residents who enjoy the taste of Bertucci's, the Needham location isn't going anywhere.
Richard Hansen, manager of the Bertucci’s, told the Needham Times that the company's recent move to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy will not impact the Needham location. He said that his location does well and there is no worry about a closure.
The company announcing the filing and closure of some restaurants Monday. CEO Brian Wright. claimed the bankruptcy filing will position the struggling chain for "significant future growth."

The company plans to sell its assets to Illinois-based Right Lane Dough Acquisitions for about $20 million, according to the Associated Press.
Bertucci's, founded in 1981, is known for its brick-oven pizza.
